The Salce Companies, LLC is a Connecticut and Florida based Real Estate Development, Construction Management, and General Contracting collaboration comprised of two wholly owned and two affiliated companies: Salce Contracting Associates, Inc. (Connecticut Construction Management/General Contracting Division), A.H. Salce Construction Group, Inc. (Florida Construction Management/General Contracting Division), A.H. Salce Properties, LLC (Connecticut Real Estate Division) and Gulf Coast Development Group, LLC, (Florida Real Estate Division). The company commenced operations in 1982 with an annual sales volume of $800,000 and has grown with an aggregate transactional volume of over $300 million.

Salce Contracting Associates, Inc.

Salce Contracting Associates, an affiliated company, provides General Contracting and Construction Management for various residential, commercial, institutional, industrial and municipal projects. The company has earned a reputation for unmatched quality and has been recognized by the State of Connecticut as one of the top 10 General Contractors in the State. The company is engaged in the development of residential & commercial communities in conjunction with A.H. Salce Properties, LLC.

A.H. Salce Construction Group, Inc.

A.H. Salce Construction Group, an affiliated company, performed general contracting services for Ave Maria University’s North Naples campus in The Vineyards. In addition, A.H. Salce Construction recently completed Villas Torino, a condominium complex in Old Naples; luxury estate homes in Port Royal; Bella Baia, luxury condominiums project on Gulf Shore Blvd. in the Moorings; Lemuria Condominiums, a coach home project on Goodlette Road; and Clock Tower, an industrial/office condominium on Radio Road. The company is engaged in development of residential communities and commercial complex’s with Gulf Coast Development Group, LLC.

A.H. Salce Properties, LLC

A.H. Salce Properties has recently developed various properties in the Connecticut market including Bridle Trail, a single family subdivision in Trumbull, CT; Oceanside Condominium, a ocean front condominium in West Haven, CT; and Pepper Street Self Storage, a self storage facility in Monroe, CT. Currently, the company has in progress the development of Corporate Drive Business Park, a office/flex space condominium complex in Trumbull, CT; Maple Oak Reserve, a single family residential community in Stratford, CT., and Breakwater Bay, a waterfront condominium complex in New Haven, CT. A.H. Salce Properties has maintained a diverse development portfolio of both residential and commercial properties in the Connecticut market and continues to engage in very select opportunities.

Gulf Coast Development Group, LLC

Gulf Coast Development Group recently completed Clock Tower Business Park, an office/industrial condominium on Radio Road; and Lemuria Condominiums, a coach home condominium complex on Goodlette Road. Other Naples projects Bella Baia, a luxury condominium complex on Gulf Shore Blvd. in the Moorings and luxury estate homes in Port Royal; and Villas Torino, a condominium complex near the beach in Old Naples.
